Welcome to Heaven’s Gardener. By using our website or scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms. These Terms of Service are intended to protect both our clients and our team while outlining the scope, expectations, and respectful nature of our work.

1. Overview of Services

Heaven’s Gardener provides respectful grave care services including:

  • Grass trimming and weed removal

  • Headstone cleaning (flat, bevel, slanted, or upright)

  • Before-and-after photo documentation

  • Seasonal or decorative add-ons (e.g., wreaths, flowers)

  • Custom requests when allowed by the cemetery

We currently serve families in Youngstown, Cleveland, and surrounding areas in Northeast Ohio.

2. Service Scheduling and Access

You may schedule services through our website, by phone, or by email. Upon scheduling, you agree to provide:

  • The accurate location of the grave

  • Headstone type (for accurate pricing)

  • Any special instructions or cemetery rules we should be aware of

If a grave is difficult to locate or severely overgrown, a surcharge may apply. We’ll contact you in advance if this is the case.

3. Payment and Pricing

Pricing is listed on our Services page and may vary by:

  • Headstone type

  • Frequency of service (1–3 times/year)

  • Additional requests (flowers, wreaths, etc.)

Payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit/debit cards, check, and other approved forms of payment.

Veteran graves receive a 10% discount on any standard package.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made with less notice.

In the event of inclement weather or cemetery restrictions, we may reschedule services at our discretion and will notify you promptly.

5. Photo Usage and Consent

As part of our service, we take before-and-after photos to document the work completed. These are shared with clients directly. With your permission, we may use these photos (without identifying information) for promotional or educational purposes.

You may opt out of photo usage at any time by contacting us at: admin@heavensgardener.com

6. Respect for Cemeteries and Regulations

We comply with all applicable cemetery guidelines regarding decor, maintenance, and access. Some services (e.g., planting, permanent fixtures) may not be allowed in certain cemeteries. Clients are responsible for knowing and communicating any such restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline services that violate cemetery policies or local ordinances.

7. Limitations and Liability

We perform all services with care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage or deterioration of headstones due to age or material fragility

  • Changes in cemetery access or policies

  • Loss or removal of decorations by cemetery staff or natural conditions (e.g., wind, rain)

We do not make alterations to headstones or monuments beyond surface cleaning.

8. Communication and Updates

You may receive emails related to your service, receipts, or updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing without consent, and you can opt out at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the current terms.
